Reservation assistance
Reservation assistance is available only after the applicable Zoom session or local-guide booking and payment are confirmed. We do not guarantee restaurant availability or that a third party will accept or maintain a reservation.
We may make a simple table reservation on your behalf when no prepayment, deposit, credit-card guarantee, or cancellation fee applies. Reservations involving personal details, payments, deposits, card guarantees, or cancellation fees must be completed using the traveler’s own information with our guidance.
You are responsible for checking the booking details and the restaurant’s terms before confirmation. Any cancellation fee or other charge attached to a booking made in your name remains your responsibility.
Reasonable use
